BIRMINGHAM, AL – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham (BBBS BHM) has named Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD), Dontrelle Young Foster, to its Board of Directors.
Today, BBBS BHM and HABD are proud to announce that – by unanimous vote – HABD President and CEO Dontrelle Young Foster will join its Board of Directors. A Selma native and 20+ veteran employee of the largest provider of affordable housing in Alabama, Foster joins the Board eager to support the organization’s mission of igniting the power and promise of Birmingham’s youth through one-to-one mentorship. Foster will serve alongside leaders from organizations like Alabama Power, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Children’s of Alabama, and Regions Bank.
